            According to the provisions of the successive implementation of the African countries in 2010,goods to all parts of Africa must have a CTN number before shipment and specify the number(CTN NO.)in the bill of lading and manifest. Otherwise, the shipping company may refuse to issue the original bill of lading and the customs is unable to do the customs clearance at the destination port which will also cause a huge government fines.
